About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer & Multimedia Producer to join our creative team remotely from India. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating our brand presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, video production, and multimedia content creation, with the ability to produce engaging, professional-quality assets tailored for a B2B audience. As part of our marketing and branding efforts, you will develop compelling visual and video content that communicates our SaaS platform's value propositions clearly and effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership and marketing teams, contributing innovative ideas and executing projects that support our company's growth objectives.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have over five years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and video editing, with a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media content, branded graphics, short and long-form videos, motion graphics, and product demo content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential, along with familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflow efficiency. A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling is required to create professional-grade content aligned with our brand identity. Experience creating content for enterprise SaaS or B2B technology companies is highly preferred. Strong collaboration skills, disciplined file management, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Design static visuals for web pages, social media campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce detailed product demo videos that effectively showcase our SaaS platform’s features and benefits.
• Develop motion graphics, logo reveals, promotional assets, and other multimedia content to enhance brand visibility.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-assisted creative tools to support content creation.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content, adhering to brand guidelines regarding typography, layout, and overall look and feel.
• Manage multiple projects within a content calendar, delivering assets on time and to specifications.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on revisions, creative direction, and project execution.
• Assist in creating polished presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
