About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile Senior Creative Designer who brings a sharp eye for branding to every project. We need an experienced professional who can produce high-level work across branding, digital assets, and multimedia while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

If you know how to build a visual identity and maintain that consistency across everything from a static social post to a motion graphic, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design a variety of digital assets: social media content, web banners, infographics, email graphics, and general collateral.
• Brand Identity & Logo Design: Crafting everything from initial logo concepts to comprehensive visual identity systems.
• Execute designs following established brand guidelines and interpreting client briefs clearly.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Utilize tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, Figma, and Trello.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a high-volume design environment, demonstrating the speed and precision of a mid-to-senior designer.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing static graphic design, social media content, and multimedia/motion samples.
• Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere).
• Communication: Excellent English comprehension and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience working with Australian or Western clients, or in fast-paced agency/volume environments.

Schedule

• Hours: Standard hours align with Australian business hours, typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT.
• Holidays: We follow the Australian (New South Wales) Public Holiday calendar.
• Setup: 100% Permanent Remote / Work-from-home.
