Design Bees is looking for
versatile Creative Designers
with strong
logo and branding design
skills.

If you love crafting meaningful brand identities from logo concepts to full visual systems this role is for you. You’ll also get to work across a range of creative tasks such as graphic design, social media content, short videos, and more. Whether you’re a mid-senior designer or a talented fresh grad with a standout portfolio, we want to see your work.

At Design Bees, we operate as a
design subscription service
. Designers work within set daily creative hours for each client. Not every project will be completed in one sitting and that’s completely fine, as work continues the next day. What matters most is consistent, high-quality output while making good use of the time allotted.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design a variety of assets: logos, brand kits, social posts, web mockups, motion graphics, and short videos
• Follow brand guidelines and deliver polished, thoughtful work
• Collaborate with account managers to interpret briefs clearly
• Use tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and Trello

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a designer or multimedia artist (or an exceptional fresh grad)
• A strong portfolio that includes logo and branding work (plus static and motion samples)
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign and Canva
• Good English comprehension and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience working with Australian or Western clients, or in agency settings

Device & Internet Requirements

• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Intel i5 7th Gen / Ryzen 3 5th Gen or higher
• 15 Mbps stable internet connection

What to Expect

• Paid skills test(s) before interview
• Part-time roles available , with potential to convert to full-time based on client demand

Schedule

• Philippine Time (PHT): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Works with Australian business hours (AEST)
• When adjusted to AEDT , schedule shifts to 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
