freelance performance creative designer
who can turn ideas into
scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads
for Meta platforms. If you understand that

What you’ll do:

• Design high-converting static & video creatives for Meta

• Create short-form videos (especially UGC-style) that are built to sell

• Turn performance data into better creatives

• Test hooks, formats, layouts, and messaging

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Meta ad creatives

• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles

• Ability to create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused visuals

• Comfortable working fast and iterating based on data

• Experience with UGC-style ads

• Portfolio showcasing results-driven ad creatives
