Job Overview
One of our clients is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled
Motion Graphics & Creative Designer
to bring visual ideas to life through compelling motion, video, and graphic design. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts with an eye for branding consistency, helping to create engaging visual assets across multimedia formatsβranging from animated explainer videos to branded campaigns and event materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Motion Graphics & Video Production
- Design and animate short-form videos, explainers, and digital campaigns.
- Create dynamic visual assets including openers, lower-thirds, transitions, and branded motion templates.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce impactful visual storytelling.
- Edit video content, apply motion design, and manage post-production workflows.
2. Visual & Brand Design
- Develop graphics, layouts, and multimedia visuals consistent with brand identity.
- Design event materials, campaign visuals, and digital assets for social and web platforms.
- Support the development and maintenance of a cohesive branding system and visual guidelines.
3. Publications & Marketing Support
- Create visually engaging reports, infographics, and publication layouts.
- Design marketing collateral for global events (e.g., Davos, Climate Week, IMF/World Bank meetings).
4. Digital Optimization
- Produce motion-based content optimized for social engagement and visibility.
- Experiment with new creative formats and digital trends to enhance audience engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in motion graphics and creative design (agency or impact-driven experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ; Figma or Canva experience a plus.
- Proven experience creating both static and animated digital content.
- Excellent understanding of brand identity systems and storytelling through motion.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working independently in remote, fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in publication design, event branding, or data visualization.
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender or Cinema4D).
