This position is responsible for planning, creating, and executing visual and written content for digital platforms, from initial concept to final content ready for publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly-/monthly content plans aligned with brand direction
- Create copywriting for content (captions, hooks, etc.)
- Design visual content (feed posts, stories, carousels, etc.)
- Edit simple videos for social media (Reels/TikTok)
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to upload-ready content
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated with digital content trends to improve engagement
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (relevant majors: Design, Communication, Marketing, etc.)
- Has a portfolio (design/content/social media work)
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Strong visual sense and storytelling ability
- Up-to-date with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok)
- Able to work independently (WFH) and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus (Japanese language skills are an advantage)
