Role DescriptionWe’re hiring an experienced Webflow designer/developer to redesign and rebuild our marketing site. This is a fixed-fee contract; the engagement ends at delivery and acceptance of the site.
Responsibilities:Design and build a responsive, user-friendly Webflow site.Responsive builds for mobile/tablet/desktop using Webflow best practices.Ensure the website's design, functionality, and content align with Impulse’s brand and app experience.Collaborate with the UI/UX app team to ensure consistency in design across platformsLight interactions/animations, component structure, and CMS where helpful.Forms hooked to email/CRM; basic SEO (titles, meta, Open Graph), sitemap, 404/redirects.
Qualifications:Required: Strong Webflow expertise with shipped business sites (portfolio links).Comfortable with Webflow CMS, interactions, symbols, and responsive breakpoints.Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.Solid eye for layout/typography, accessibility basics, and SEO fundamentals.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Experience collaborating remotely and iterating quickly on feedback.Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation:Fixed fee: $200–$300 USD, paid upon completion to the standards above (exact amount based on quality and scope fit).Timeline and milestones will be agreed before kickoff. Short post-launch bug-fix window included.
