Contract Graphic Designer – Template & Brand Systems (Adobe Express)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Graphic Designer with deep expertise in building scalable, reusable templates and brand systems for digital and print — with a strong focus on Adobe Express.
This role is focused on systems, efficiency, and brand consistency — not one-off creative projects. You will design professional, user-friendly templates that can be confidently used by non-designers while maintaining production-level quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, reusable templates for digital and print
- Build intuitive, brand-compliant templates in Adobe Express
- Develop comprehensive brand systems and style guides
- Create and maintain production assets in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Ensure files are clean, editable, organized, and well-documented
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams
- Produce motion graphics using Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Support web-ready graphics (HTML, CSS, WordPress knowledge a plus)
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Express, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Proven experience building templates for internal teams or non-designers
- Strong typography, layout, and brand system expertise
- Experience creating structured template libraries
- Strong attention to detail and file organization
- Portfolio demonstrating template-based and system-driven work (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Motion graphics and video editing experience
- Understanding of color management for digital and print
- Familiarity with web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms)
