A global tech leader is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape UX for AI-powered products that help millions of users work smarter.
What You’ll Be Doing:Drive content strategy + UX writing across Growth experiencesTranslate complex concepts into clear, human, and approachable contentPartner with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchersCraft experiences informed by feedback, metrics, accessibility, and localization best practicesContribute to workshops and critiques that elevate the craft and quality of work
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These):7+ years of professional writing experience, with 5+ years in in-product contentPortfolio showcasing strong content design work (required for application)Experience collaborating across design, product, and engineering teamsAbility to balance creativity with consistency and controlled vocabulariesProven track record of prioritizing across multiple projects and stakeholders
