Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Content Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, optimize, and implement user-centered content across multiple digital platforms. Your daily responsibilities will include designing content that aligns with business goals, developing strategies for content delivery, conducting research to enhance user engagement, and managing content repositories. Additionally, you will ensure that all deliverables comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Content Design, with the ability to craft user-focused content across a variety of digital platforms
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including planning, organizing, and maintaining content lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for collaboration and conveying ideas effectively
• Competency in Research to inform content development and enhance user experience
• Familiarity with content management systems, workflow tools, and design software
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital content
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
