Position Overview

We’re looking for a 
Creative Designer & Brand Strategist
 who thinks visually, understands digital behaviour, and can translate ideas into designs that perform. This role blends branding, digital content creation, and UI/UX thinking — perfect for someone who can move between creative storytelling and functional design with ease.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, understands how modern brands grow online, and can create visuals that not only look good but 
work
 across campaigns, social media, ads, and product interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate MakeMySoul’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints

• Create high-quality social posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video layouts

• Design performance-focused ad creatives that boost engagement and click-through rates

• Develop branding assets — color palettes, icon sets, typography scales, design systems

• Contribute UI/UX-ready design elements for landing pages, app screens, and digital products

• Turn campaign goals into clear, compelling visual communication

• Maintain consistency in brand tonality and design language across platforms

• Conduct competitive audits and stay current with design, branding, and UI trends

• Deliver assets on time with strong attention to detail

• Optimize creatives using performance data and audience insights

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in digital design, branding, or creative strategy

• A portfolio showcasing branding work, social creatives, UI/UX screens, and ad visuals

• Strong command of 
Figma
, 
Adobe Illustrator
, 
Photoshop
, and basic video editing tools

• Understanding of performance-driven design, user psychology, and digital advertising

• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset

• Experience with wellness, lifestyle, or consumer-focused digital products is a plus
