The Role

We’re seeking a systems-savvy, purpose-aligned leader to design and implement multi-layered user programs that educate, inspire, connect, and activate our growing ecosystem. This person will craft experiences that bring users together around ideas, values, health, causes, and each other while interweaving those programs into our go-to-market efforts, business partnerships, and long-term impact.

The ideal candidate is both a social strategist and a structural thinker: someone who sees how relationships, content, connection, and user activation become exponential when they’re properly designed. You can turn abstract resonance into experiential architecture by building offerings that touch real lives and move the whole system forward.

Responsibilities

• Systemic Program Design - Designs programs that span user growth, business education, mission alignment, and personal transformation by weaving them into existing programs and upcoming offerings.
• Relational Intelligence at Scale - Understands how humans move through digital space: what draws them in, what builds trust, what makes them stay, and what inspires them to invite others.
• Nested Thinking - Sees how a user challenge, a company initiative, and a larger market trend all intersect and designs a program that moves all three simultaneously.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Fluently works with marketing, product, partnerships, content, and business development to ensure alignment and amplification.
• Cultural Sensitivity & Identity Awareness - Understands the nuances of social identities, purpose-led storytelling, and user self-expression. Can build programs that make people feel seen, not marketed to.
• User Activation Strategy - Designs from the inside out to offer meaningful experiences that naturally invite sharing, collaboration, and community-led growth
• Content Fluency - Knows how to commission content, guide it, and align it with the heartbeat of each program. Knows when the words matter, and when the structure is the content.
• Event & Experience Design - Shape sequences that create energy, connection, and transformation within digital space or live environments.
• Initiative & Emergence - Doesn’t wait to be told what to build, feels what’s next and starts shaping it. Comfortable starting with partial information and trusting instinct to fill the gaps.

Compensation

For the right candidate, this position includes stock options with an opportunity for full-time or fractional paid employment from our launched round of investment. This position begins as stock options.
