Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CoFounder - Product Designer. The responsibilities for this role include leading the design and development of user-centric products, creating visually compelling designs, and conducting user research to inform design decisions. The CoFounder - Product Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine product ideas, ensure consistency across all design components, and contribute to the overall growth and vision of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design
• Proven experience of 2+ years creating product designs using figma, zaplin, etc...
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies to develop innovative and user-centered solutions
• Strong expertise in User Research and UX Research methods to understand user needs and behaviors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven track record of designing products that solve user problems and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software
• Passion for creating functional, aesthetic, and user-friendly solutions
• Previous start-up or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
