GenEd | Generation Educators is an innovative Indonesian social enterprise dedicated to empowering educators and students. GenEd offers tools and resources to help teachers and students adapt and apply critical thinking and literacy exercises across all K-12 subjects to address the employment skills gap. We work with multiple stakeholders, including Multinational Companies, International Schools, Ministry of Education, OECD and others.
Role Description
The role involves conducting data analysis and developing presentations and written reports in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, while supporting partnerships, curriculum design, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships (corporate, schools, CSR, institutions), including outreach, pitching, and proposal development
- Design and develop curriculum (worksheets, training flow, SOP) and translate client needs into structured learning experiences
- Facilitate training sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia (for students and educators) and lead engaging discussions
- Conduct research on education, history, and learning materials to support program development
- Prepare professional presentations and written reports; communicate insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience (corporate exposure preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and high proficiency in English (professional speaking and writing preferred)
- Proven experience in training and/or teaching (students and/or adults), with confidence in public speaking and facilitation
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data for insights, reporting, and decision-making
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative; able to work independently in a remote setup (20–30 hours/week, including weekends with flexibility)
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and leading conversations
- Enjoy brainstorming, research, and content development (education and related topics)
- Proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva) and professional report writing
