Safer Sphere is an award-winning national consultancy specialising in Construction Health and Safety, Building Safety and CDM. We work with clients, consultants, designers and contractors to raise standards, support compliance and deliver safer projects.

As our Building Safety team continues to grow, we are looking for experienced candidates with a background in architecture, building regulations, building control or related disciplines. If you want to use your expertise on complex projects and help clients navigate the Building Safety Act 2022, this could be the right next step for you.

You will work on a wide range of high profile and technically challenging projects across the UK, including residential, defence, office, retail, industrial and healthcare developments. You will be part of the design team, adding value from the start and helping shape better outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in architecture, design management, building control, building regulations or a similar field
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, CIOB or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a practical mindset
• A desire to keep learning and make a positive impact
