Branding Graphic Designer
 

Client is seeking a Sr. Display Ops Specialist (Branding Graphic Designer), specializing in generating employer branding focused digital ad campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate depiction of brand focused creative for digital display campaigns
• Engaging and clean design work that captures client’s brands and their workplace environment
• Helping coach and provide learnings to the more junior design members of the team
• Source images (inclusive of  diverse royalty-free imagery of employment related work), develop creative CTAs and respond to any feedback/revisions from clients
• Take part in team goals and SLAs for asset delivery for all levels of clients, including a passing QA  score
• Manages Jira queue of requests and balance work load while maintaining self-performance to meet individual metrics and team SLAs.
• Understand the basics of Glassdoor and Indeed systems, products, and commonly used third party tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Jira
• Ability to communicate clear and effectively with onshore team

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Experience with InDesign or Photoshop and ability to edit and provide clean, professional looking images for ad campaigns
• A customer-centric approach in relation to digital advertising, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional internal and external customer experience.
• A creative-minded individual who understands effective brand advertising practices
• Adaptability to change, with a willingness to readily embrace new challenges and opportunities.
