The Role

We’re looking for a
Co-Founder, Designer

to shape
Flipsty’s visual identity and user experience

.

You’ll create a design system that captures Flipsty’s energy — fast, bold, and clear — and design the user flow for our platform, landing pages, and marketing assets.

💡 This is a
founding team, equity-only (until funding is granted)

position requiring
10–20 hours per week

in the initial stage.

Responsibilities

• Build Flipsty’s brand identity

(logo, color palette, typography, visual style).
- Design
landing pages, onboarding flow, and marketing assets

.
- Create
UI mockups

and visuals for the Flipsty platform MVP.
- Deliver
templates

for content and social media use.
- Collaborate with the Storyteller and Social Media Lead to maintain
visual consistency

.
- Support creation of
pitch decks, updates, and case study visuals

.
- Advise Flipsty startups on
brand and design direction

(not hands-on design).

Skills & Experience

• Proven UI/UX and brand design

experience.
- Skilled in
Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools

.
- Strong understanding of
visual storytelling and clarity

.
- Able to design
quickly and effectively

in a startup environment.
- Bonus: experience designing for
no-code tools

or
community platforms

.
