About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Ecommerce Brand Designer to elevate Hadley Designs’ visual presence across digital storefronts, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This is a hands-on creative leadership role that requires transforming data, insights, and visual concepts into compelling imagery that drives performance. The successful candidate will not be responsible for designing the products themselves but will focus on crafting visual presentations that enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. This role involves strategic planning, execution, testing, and continuous optimization of visual content to ensure consistency, brand trust, and performance excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and copywriting, is essential to align creative output with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in e-commerce environments
  • Proven track record of improving click-through rates (CTR) and conversions through visual optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Expertise in Amazon image strategy, A/B testing tools (PickFu, Helium 10, Amazon Experiments), and content optimization
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Growth-minded attitude with a passion for blending creativity, data analysis, and disciplined execution

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and optimize imagery for Amazon product listings, including main images, secondary images, and A+ content
  • Create compelling, on-brand visual stories that differentiate Hadley Designs in competitive search results
  • Utilize data insights to inform creative decisions and report on performance improvements
  • Maintain an organized image library, templates, and workflow documentation for efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate with copywriters, category leads, and sales teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment
  • Lead creative reviews, providing coaching to team members on layout, lighting, and storytelling techniques
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends, competitor visuals, and Amazon content innovations to keep our visuals fresh and effective
  • Implement and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective visual strategies and optimize results
