Position: Designer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Contract Duration: 06 Months

Pay Rate: $32/Hr to $36/Hr (W2)

Summary:

This position leads design projects from concept to delivery for an American tech real-estate marketplace company, collaborating with a cross-functional team. The role involves interacting with internal stakeholders on the development of marketing programs and overarching brand projects. The ideal candidate will help define the future visual identity for the company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that pushes the company into the future
• In collaboration with team members and partners, lead the thinking and creation of exciting new design ideas that communicate initial concepts and follow through to delivering flawless executions
• Lead projects with more junior designers, as well as partner with illustrators, motion designers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs
• Take complex concepts and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully

Qualifications

• Required years of design experience at a top design studio, branding agency, advertising agency, or with a consumer brand
• Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems — understanding how to build a brand, as well as experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
• Exceptional ability in graphic design, preferably with experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
• Highly proficient in design tools and programs that allow you to bring your vision and ideas to life

Must haves:

• 5+ years experience
• Previous experience with all 3 of these types of organizations (not at once but somewhere within their previous employment history): a tech company as well as a publicly traded company.
• Provide a portfolio with creative examples (proven success stories).
• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Aftereffects.
