Job Description

We are seeking a
Senior Brand Designer
to join a dynamic creative team. This role requires close collaboration with creative directors, designers, writers, producers, and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional, customer-focused brand experiences that reach millions globally.

The ideal candidate is passionate about design and branding, capable of hands-on execution, and skilled at developing creative concepts aligned with project briefs, stakeholder input, functional requirements, and timelines. They should have experience working across multiple marketing channels and understand the complexities of global brand systems, including developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

This position demands a fast-paced, strategic thinker who can respond to creative briefs with fresh ideas and scalable design systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong design fundamentals—typography, grid, layout, accessibility—through a professional portfolio of real-world projects. Comfort with ambiguity, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years in the design industry (agency or in-house creative team)

Type of Experience:

  • Creating and/or developing brand identities and guidelines
  • Designing interactive experiences through UI, storytelling, systems thinking, prototyping, and production-ready assets
  • Collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers across teams
  • Understanding motion design principles

Key Skills

  • Strong grasp of the creative process from ideation to implementation
  • Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
  • Deep understanding of typography, design principles, trends, and best practices for digital and print
  • Ownership mindset with a bias for action
  • Creative and pragmatic problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Portfolio Requirements

  • Examples of systematic brand and identity development across multiple touchpoints
  • Examples of product/UI/UX design where you were the primary designer
  • Examples of cross-channel user experiences for web and mobile
