Brand & Communication Designer

We are seeking a creative and strategic
Brand & Communication Designer
to craft compelling visual assets that elevate our brand identity and clearly communicate our message across various channels. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling across digital, print, and social platforms.

You will be instrumental in shaping how our brand looks, feels, and speaks to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Help define, maintain, and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Communication Design: Design marketing materials such as presentations, email campaigns, social media assets, infographics, event materials, and web graphics.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to ensure visual and verbal messaging are aligned.
  • Campaign Support: Design creative assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives.
  • Templates & Guidelines: Create and manage templates, style guides, and brand documentation to ensure scalable design standards.
  • Digital & Print Assets: Produce high-quality designs for both digital (web, social, email) and print (brochures, event signage, packaging) use.
  • Creative Direction: Contribute to creative brainstorming and strategy sessions; take concepts from ideation to execution.
  • User-Centered Thinking: Apply design thinking and empathy to communicate messages clearly and effectively to different audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in brand, communication, or graphic design roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and communication design across formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for design execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback loops simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or creative agency.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) a plus.
  • Familiarity with branding for digital products or SaaS companies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
