What you'll do
Design & production
- Create artwork across our marketing surfaces: social posts, event collateral, ads, presentations, and general brand material
- Conceptualize how our platform looks and feels, with a strong eye for showcasing product imagery in compelling, polished ways (not building the UI, but shaping how it presents)
- Build and manage our websites in Framer, keeping pages fresh, on-brand, and conversion-ready
- Produce simple motion graphics and short animated videos for social using Jitter: reels, teasers, and product explainers rather than cinematic VFX
- Keep brand consistency tight across every asset that ships
Editorial & long-form
- Design and produce editorial content: white papers, case studies, reports, and other long-form marketing pieces
- Partner with the team on layout, visual storytelling, and polish for publication-ready deliverables
Ways of working
- Work proactively: grab tasks from the backlog, prioritize independently, and ship without hand-holding
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on creative direction
What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma, Affinity, and Jitter, plus openness to adopting new tools as they emerge
- Solid Framer experience for website design and ongoing management
- A sharp visual sensibility for presenting products and imagery in beautiful, considered ways
- Fluency with AI tools (image generation, copy drafting, workflow automation) to move faster without sacrificing quality
- Proven social media experience: planning, scheduling, and a clear understanding of what performs on each platform
- Editorial design experience across formats like white papers and case studies
- Self-starter mindset: organized, reliable, and productive without constant direction
Nice to have
- Knowledge or background in the construction industry
- Experience with social media for B2B or industry-specific brands
