Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a BIM Architect / Designer / Project Manager. The individual in this role will focus on managing and developing architectural and construction drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and coordinating project deliverables. Responsibilities include producing detailed submittals, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring design precision in both technical and creative aspects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and the ability to create high-quality Architectural Drawings
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques and software
• Skills in producing accurate and detailed Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• Flexibility to work remotely and deliver high-quality outcomes under a contract-based arrangement
• A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building regulations is a plus
