Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a BIM Architect / Designer / Project Manager. The individual will oversee and execute BIM development, architectural and construction drawings, and submittal processes for large-scale projects. Responsibilities include coordinating design processes, managing building information models, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural documentation across all project phases.
Architect – Remote Full-Time Position (Colombia)
We are currently seeking a qualified Architect based in Bogotá or anywhere in Colombia for a remote, full-time position within our growing international team.
This role requires a highly organized professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (certification requiered)
• English proficiency minimum B2 level (written, speaking, and reading)
Required Technical Skills
• Revit (advanced level)
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
Additional Qualifications (Highly Valued)
• Navisworks
• Rhino
• Rendering skills
• Interior design experience
• Experience working on projects in the United States
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes

Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings

- Proficiency in industry-relevant software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) is a must
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote working
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with international design standards and codes is a plus
