Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating highly engaging thumbnails that drive click-through rates. An understanding of the crypto ecosystem is a plus, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for all our YouTube videos and those of our clients
• Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to understand video content and target audience
• Analyze performance metrics to improve click-through rates
• Stay updated with the latest trends in YouTube thumbnails and graphic design
• Ensure all thumbnails are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, listening)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range $ 1.000- 1200 USD / month
