🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Apply behavioural science principles to improve user engagement, decision-making, and conversion outcomes
- Support design of user journeys with a focus on reducing friction and improving behavioural outcomes
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Analyse user data and research findings to identify behavioural patterns and opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and analysts
- Help develop hypotheses, interventions, and behaviour-driven design recommendations
- Document experiment outcomes, insights, and optimisation opportunities
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Design, HCI, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in UX, behavioural science, research, growth, or relevant internships/projects
- Basic understanding of behavioural concepts such as heuristics, biases, nudging, or decision architecture
- Familiarity with experimentation or analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about human behaviour
- Ability to connect user insights with design or business outcomes
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights
