🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Apply behavioural science principles to improve user engagement, decision-making, and conversion outcomes
  • Support design of user journeys with a focus on reducing friction and improving behavioural outcomes
  • Assist in A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
  • Analyse user data and research findings to identify behavioural patterns and opportunities
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and analysts
  • Help develop hypotheses, interventions, and behaviour-driven design recommendations
  • Document experiment outcomes, insights, and optimisation opportunities

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Design, HCI, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in UX, behavioural science, research, growth, or relevant internships/projects
  • Basic understanding of behavioural concepts such as heuristics, biases, nudging, or decision architecture
  • Familiarity with experimentation or analytics is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about human behaviour
  • Ability to connect user insights with design or business outcomes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full working rights
