🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Apply behavioural science principles (e.g., nudging, decision architecture) to improve user experiences
  • Support the design of experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate behaviour-driven design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to influence user behaviour outcomes
  • Analyse user data and research findings to identify behavioural patterns and opportunities
  • Assist in developing interventions that improve engagement, conversion, or user outcomes
  • Contribute to user journey mapping with a focus on decision points and friction
  • Document insights, hypotheses, and experiment results

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, HCI, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in behavioural design, UX, research, or relevant projects/internships
  • Basic understanding of behavioural science concepts (e.g., cognitive biases, heuristics)
  • Familiarity with data analysis or experimentation (A/B testing) is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about human behaviour
  • Ability to translate insights into practical design recommendations
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full working rights
