🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Apply behavioural science principles (e.g., nudging, decision architecture) to improve user experiences
- Support the design of experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate behaviour-driven design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to influence user behaviour outcomes
- Analyse user data and research findings to identify behavioural patterns and opportunities
- Assist in developing interventions that improve engagement, conversion, or user outcomes
- Contribute to user journey mapping with a focus on decision points and friction
- Document insights, hypotheses, and experiment results
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, HCI, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in behavioural design, UX, research, or relevant projects/internships
- Basic understanding of behavioural science concepts (e.g., cognitive biases, heuristics)
- Familiarity with data analysis or experimentation (A/B testing) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about human behaviour
- Ability to translate insights into practical design recommendations
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights
