Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a CAD Test Engineer specializing in AutoCAD and engineering applications, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Day-to-day tasks include performing P&ID design testing, verifying CAD models and drawings, ensuring desktop application functionality, creating and executing test cases, managing defects, and working across the SDLC and STLC processes to ensure quality and efficient delivery of engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in P&ID, AutoCAD, and CAD applications specific to engineering projects
• Experience in QA testing, Desktop Application Testing, Test Cases, and Defect Management
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
• Knowledge in Architectural Drawings, Drawing, Construction Drawings, and Space Planning
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field
• Previous experience in engineering projects within the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage
