About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Design Engineer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise vinyl pool, safety cover, and panel designs using AutoCAD based on provided dimensional data. This role requires strong technical drawing expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft vinyl pools, safety covers, and panel layouts using AutoCAD.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume production design environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Utilize existing tools, templates, and systems to generate accurate designs and product documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and international teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data such as reports, manuals, and technical designs.
• Accept and apply constructive feedback for personal and professional development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on AutoCAD experience (AutoCAD certification preferred).
• Experience in the swimming pool industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in design work.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-demand seasons.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and translate customer requirements into precise designs.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
