Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Aura Designer. An Aura Designer at The Iron Designer will be responsible for creating and designing aesthetic and functional metalwork products tailored to customer specifications. Tasks include conceptualizing designs, creating detailed sketches and plans, collaborating with other team members, conducting site evaluations, and ensuring all designs meet both client needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Experience in working with steel and other metals
• Strong understanding of aesthetic principles and functionality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the steel fabrication industry is a plus
