Associate UI Designer

The Associate User Interface (UI) Designer - eCommerce is an essential part of a passionate and user focused creative team that supports the high impact projects fueling all aspects of the client’s eCommerce business. As the successful candidate, you will have an understanding of UI and UX best practices and know the fundamentals of web design. You will be expected to contribute to the overall aesthetic and creative execution of the online content in keeping with our strong brand ethos. You will understand cross-platform/responsive design can create positive user experiences for any device. You will have an appreciation for intuitive and usable interfaces. Solid skills in digital design and, a good eye for typography, clean layout, purposeful color, and attention to detail are a must. Work with a cross-disciplinary team to design pixel perfect UI solutions for clients online properties including all platforms - desktop, tablet and mobile Assist in developing the digital art direction and execution of omni-channel initiatives that increase customer conversion rates through online and other partner channels Be part of a team that works on the design of homepages, experiential landing pages, emails and display advertising banners as well as other special projects Help maintain brand guidelines and establish design-related brand and web usability standards to ensure consistently high results QA the implementation of your designs 100% Fully Remote
