About the Project

We are building
Spacey
, a female astronaut cartoon character with her White Chihuahua sidekick. The show is for 6–9 year olds, mixing space exploration, fun facts, and humour. Our mission: make Spacey the
icon of space
for kids worldwide.

Role

As a 2D Animator / Motion Designer Intern, you’ll be responsible for bringing Spacey and her dog to life. You’ll turn storyboards into dynamic animations and craft short, fun episodes that keep kids entertained while learning.

What You’ll Do

• Animate characters, scenes, and environments based on storyboards.
• Ensure movements are smooth, expressive, and engaging for children.
• Add simple effects and transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the storyboard artist, sound intern, and editor to finish episodes.

Who You Are

• Familiar with 2D animation tools (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Krita, or similar).
• Creative and playful, with a good eye for timing and expression.
• Interested in children’s content and edutainment.
