As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic
Junior Designer (Content Creation)
to be part our marketing blueprint.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our growth team. This is an AI-first production role - you'll be creating high-volume static and GIF assets for paid social campaigns on META, working closely with the Growth Manager to deliver content that is fast, on-brand, and built to perform.

You don't need to reinvent the wheel. You need to execute it, accurately, efficiently and at scale; whilst adhering to strong brand DNA.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Produce bulk static and animated GIF assets for META paid campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Work directly with the Growth Manager to receive, interpret and deliver on creative briefs
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all output including fonts, asset preferences, brand colours and overall tone
• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production without compromising quality
• Resize, adapt and repurpose assets across multiple ad formats and placements
• Manage multiple concurrent asset batches and meet tight turnaround times
• Flag inconsistencies or brand conflicts proactively before delivery
• Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on direction

Who We're Looking For

• Location & Availability: Must be based in the Philippines and available to work in UK (GMT) time zones
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital design, specifically creating content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Western Market Expertise: Proven track record of working with US or UK-based clients , with a deep understanding of Western design aesthetics, typography, and "scroll-stopping" visual trends

• AI Proficiency:
  * Active experience using
  AI design tools
  (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) to generate or enhance imagery

• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., CapCut AI features, Runway, or HeyGen)

• Technical Stack:
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and
  Canva

• Portfolio:
  A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, short-form video edits, and examples of AI-assisted projects

Soft Skills

• Native-level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication for seamless collaboration with Western teams
• Proactive Learner: A "tech-first" mindset with a passion for testing new AI plugins and workflows
