We’re hiring an AI Voice Expert to design and optimize human-like AI calling agents for lead qualification, sales, and support conversations.

This role is focused on building real conversational logic not just writing prompts. You must understand call flows, objection handling, fallback logic, and natural conversation design.

What You’ll Do:

• Design AI call flows from intro to outcome

• Write structured prompts for natural, human-like voice conversations

• Build branching logic for objections, confusion, silence, and off-topic replies

• Optimize conversations using transcripts and performance data

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have built AI voice agents that handled real conversations

• Understand conversation psychology and sales flow

• Can design logical decision paths, not just scripts

• Know how to prevent AI from going off-topic
