Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI social media management and platforms or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in managing organisational reputation online.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance metrics and generate reports.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A recognised qualification in marketing, communications or a related field is desirable but not essential.
