We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to help build benchmark AI-native products alongside ambitious early-stage founders backed by leading venture firms. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate at a global standard without relocating. You won’t be polishing tickets. You’ll be shaping direction.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end product design from concept to polished execution
• Translating strategy into intuitive, AI-native user experiences
• Rapid prototyping and testing of ideas
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
• Integrating AI tools into your workflow to increase speed and quality
• Defending design decisions with clarity and reasoning

You’ll work directly with founders who give daily feedback and care deeply about craft.
