is global leader in learning technology and we are looking for a hands-on
AI Learning Experience Designer
who merges pedagogical rigor with applied knowledge of the latest AI technologies in learning environments. The ideal candidate will not only master traditional instructional design methodologies but will also be able to integrate AI tools to enhance the creation of innovative, interactive, and personalized digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Kineo Latam instructional design team in adopting methodologies that incorporate AI.

• Conceptualize and design learning experiences that combine proven instructional design with emerging technologies (AI-powered content generation, adaptive personalization, chatbots, learning analytics).

• Facilitate design workshops, develop design documents, and create prototypes of AI-enhanced learning experiences.

• Oversee scriptwriting and content production, ensuring pedagogical quality while leveraging AI tools to optimize efficiency and creativity.

• Lead client interactions, clearly articulating the benefits and scope of integrating AI into learning solutions.

• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Sales teams to implement projects that integrate AI solutions.

• Ensure each project aligns with client business objectives and meets innovation and technology standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in instructional design or digital learning.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools for educational content creation (e.g.,

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DALL·E, MidJourney, Synthesia, etc).

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in eLearning or EdTech projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Ability to translate business needs into innovative learning experiences.

• Preferred: experience with traditional authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Adapt) and

LMS/LXP platforms.

• Curious, innovation-driven mindset with a passion for learning and technology.
