About This InternshipWe’re launching a 6-week design sprint to bring our concept product. We’re looking for a UX Designer Intern with hands-on experience in rapid design using AI tools to help us shape a high-fidelity, investor-ready prototype. You’ll gain real-world experience designing AI interactions, building futuristic UX, and collaborating with a visionary startup team.
While this internship is unpaid, exceptional contributors may be considered for extended collaboration opportunities, including the possibility of future equity-based roles as Syntone AI grows.
What You’ll GainReal-world impact: contribute to an investor-facing AI prototype.Rapid design experience using AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.).Full end-to-end sprint experience—from research to hi-fi interactive prototype.Portfolio-ready project in AI UX design.Mentorship, collaboration, and startup exposure.Potential pathway to equity participation for long-term contributors.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on user research, journey mapping, and persona development.Design and refine wireframes, mid-fi, and hi-fi prototypes using AI-assisted workflows.Create visual systems aligned with Syntone AI’s futuristic dark-theme design direction.Integrate AI-simulated flows (e.g., style coaching, contextual recommendations) into the prototype.Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and design generation, maintaining professional polish and scalability.
Preferred BackgroundStudies or recent experience in UX/UI Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related fields.Proven ability to leverage AI tools for design (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Framer AI).Understanding of AI UX principles—personalization, explainability, human-AI interaction.Strong communication, creativity, and rapid problem-solving.Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a fast-paced sprint environment.
