Design Meta ads at 10× speed using AI — shipping static and video variants each week across four performance-marketing brands, with Gemini, Claude and the latest generative tools as your daily collaborators. Ad hoc, roughly 10 hours a week.

About the role

We’re a performance-marketing business running four paid brands in the sweepstakes and UK betting/casino space. Creative is the lever that moves everything — better ads mean lower CPAs and more players. We’re hiring a designer who can use AI to produce the volume and variety our media buyers need, without sacrificing the craft.

You’ll sit in the paid marketing team, partner closely with media buyers, and own the creative pipeline from brief to live ad. If you love prompting, testing and iterating — and you care about what a great ad feels like on a mobile feed — you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

  • Produce high-volume static images and short-form videos for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using LLM and generative AI tools.
  • Turn performance briefs into on-brand creative that stops the scroll and drives click-through.
  • Use Gemini, Claude and other LLMs daily for ideation, prompt engineering, copy variants and QA.
  • Apply strong UX instincts: clear hierarchy, legible on mobile, placement-native for Feed, Reels and Stories.
  • Test, learn, scale winners, kill losers — and document what’s working.
  • Build a prompt and asset library so the creative engine keeps scaling.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio of Meta ad creative (static and/or video) that’s run at scale.
  • Expert-level fluency with LLMs like Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT — you prompt with precision.
  • An excellent eye for UX and mobile-first design.
  • Solid design fundamentals — and no hang-ups about letting AI speed up the craft.
  • A bias for speed, volume and iteration.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, betting, casino or another performance-marketing sector.
  • Motion or video editing chops (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Runway, Sora, Veo).
  • Comfort inside Meta Ads Manager and creative testing frameworks.

Pay: £20.00-£50.00 per hour
