As an AI Content & Graphic Designer, you will create professional visual assets, marketing materials, training content, and AI-generated video content while ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to translate complex and technical content into engaging visual and video formats.
You won't just be designing social media posts-you will be creating reports, training materials, campaigns, and AI-generated video content used across the organization, giving you exposure to large-scale content production and professional services branding.

The Qualifications We Seek
Essential
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Formal qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and professional design work
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong PowerPoint design skills
- Excellent attention to detail and layout accuracy
- Understanding of both print production and digital design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Ability to work within brand guidelines
Highly Regarded
- Experience with AI video platforms such as HeyGen or Synthesia
- Experience creating video or multimedia content (AI or traditional)
- Experience developing eLearning content
- Experience designing reports, manuals or long form documents
- Experience in a professional service, education or B2B organization
- Experience creating templates and systems for non-designers

Your Daily Tasks
Graphic Design
- Design high-quality visual assets including:
- Social media graphics
- Website banners and landing page assets
- Email marketing (EDM) graphics
- Training materials and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
AI Video Production
- Create AI generated videos for:
- Training and eLearning modules
- Marketing campaigns and product promotions
- Internal communications and explainer content
- Adapt scripts for video delivery
- Use AI video tools (e.g. HeyGen, Synthesia) to produce professional video content
- Edit and refine video outputs, including voice, avatars, captions, and branding
- Optimise videos for different platforms (LMS, social, website)
- Identify opportunities to scale content production using AI tools
