Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key member of a fast-paced, collaborative creative team. You will design custom direct mail campaigns that align with client brands and performance goals, creating polished and compelling work that bridges creativity with strategic impact. This role is ideal for someone with strong design skills who thrives in a fast-moving, high-collaboration environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom direct mail campaigns that align with each client’s brand and objectives
- Work closely with the customer success team and fellow designers to deliver polished, on-brand creative
- Translate briefs into thoughtful designs that balance visual impact with performance goals
- Prepare files for print and ensure alignment with print specifications and technical guidelines
- Iterate quickly and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design (junior or mid-level)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills — bonus for branding or print work
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with print production processes
