We’re the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brand in the U.S. In two years we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of design lovers who care more about heritage than hype. Our chandeliers, sconces, and switches live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes. Now we want our content to feel like cinema.
Now we’re building an elite creative team and we’re looking for Graphic Designers who understand the art of
scroll-stopping DTC ad design for social media.
Your Mission
Create ads that make people stop mid-scroll. Not just look good — but convert. You’ll translate briefs into visuals that combine story, motion, and aesthetic excellence.
You Should Be Able To
- Take a written brief and instantly visualize how it should look in a feed.
- Design for DTC performance
. You know what a hook is, what retention means, and why white space matters.
- Understand the creative process from
concept → layout → iteration → ad test.
- Collaborate daily with a Creative Strategist and a team of editors on Discord/Notion.
- Apply brand systems (typography, layout, color tone) consistently across versions.
- Execute
static ads, motion graphics, thumbnails, and UGC frames.
- Figma · Photoshop · Illustrator · After Effects (bonus)Notion · Discord · Google Drive · Asana
You’ll Work On
- Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Landing page assets & CRO visuals
- UGC overlays, carousels, and thumbnail systems
- Email & SMS design templates for product drops
Who You Are
- You’ve worked with DTC brands or agencies that sell physical products online.
- You love visual storytelling and understand that design is performance.
- You study ad libraries, know what Poppi, Ridge, Feastables, and Our Place are doing, and can decode why it works.
- You thrive in feedback loops — test, learn, iterate.
- You have strong taste, minimal ego, and move fast.
Compensation
- $1,200–$1,800 USD/month (depending on experience)
- Full-time remote
- Annual salary increase depending on performance reviews
- 10 days paid time off annually
Performance Goals
- Deliver 10+ ad creatives weekly (static + motion)
- Maintain 90% QC approval from strategist
- Contribute 2+ winning ad concepts per month
- Keep creative turnaround under 48 hours per revision
