We are entering our next stage of growth and are looking for a
performance-driven Ad Designer
to help scale our creative engine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Ad Designer who can both design and video edit performance-driven creative for paid media channels.

This role is responsible for turning strategy into high-converting visual assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will work closely with our Marketing team to test, iterate, and scale creative that drives revenue — while emphasizing our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities🎯 Performance Creative Development

  • Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
  • Develop multiple creative variations per concept (hooks, angles, CTAs, layouts)
  • Execute rapid testing cycles based on performance data
  • Translate growth briefs into high-quality, on-brand ad assets
  • Develop creative aligned to seasonal campaigns

🎥 Video Editing & Motion

  • Create short-form video ads (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 formats)
  • Edit UGC into performance-optimized paid ads
  • Add captions, motion graphics, overlays, callouts, and performance hooks
  • Optimize pacing and retention for the first 3–5 seconds
  • Re-cut and repackage winning content into multiple variants
  • Incorporate voiceover, testimonial layering, and sound design where needed

📊 Performance & Iteration

  • Review performance metrics weekly with Growth team
  • Identify winning hooks, formats, angles, and messaging
  • Produce new variants based on data (not just aesthetics)
  • Help build a scalable creative testing system
  • Maintain an organized creative library with tags by angle, hook, and performance

🧠 Creative Strategy Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing team on creative briefs
  • Repurpose UGC into paid formats
  • Support product launches with creative concept development
  • Contribute to creative ideation sessions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in performance-focused creative design
  • Strong portfolio of paid social and digital ad creative
  • Strong understanding of Meta ad formats
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • CapCut / similar short-form editing tools
  • Experience designing for DTC brands (premium preferred)
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with performance urgency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with fast iteration cycles
