🎓 Education: Bachelor's in Fine Arts or a related field

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in ad creatives, social media graphics, and branding (D2C brand experience = big plus ✅)
• Hands-on experience in creating AI-generated videos (using tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
• Ability to conceptualize and execute performance-driven video ads (UGC-style, hooks, storytelling)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static creatives and video performance work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Killer design instincts and an obsession with details
