3D Motion Graphic Designer (Remote / Contract → Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a 3D Motion Graphic Designer who can create high-quality product animations and video creatives. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of premium brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D product animations for diapers, wipes, packaging, and ingredients
• Develop short-form video ads (20–30 seconds) for Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Produce motion graphics for website and landing pages
• Translate creative concepts into polished visual outputs
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, and simulations
• Deliver assets optimized for performance marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D motion design or animation
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Experience with After Effects for compositing and motion
• Strong understanding of modern, clean, premium design aesthetics
• Familiarity with social media ad formats and pacing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in baby care, skincare, or DTC brands
• Understanding of e-commerce creative workflows
• Knowledge of video marketing and performance metrics
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
