About Bright Box:

Bright Box is an exciting and fast-growing kids’ cartoon YouTube channel creating fun, educational, and story-based videos for children ages 3–9. Our content brings vibrant characters and playful adventures to life.

We are looking for a creative animator who loves storytelling, understands kids’ content, and can transform ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D animations for episodic children’s content.

Animate characters, backgrounds, props, and effects based on scripts and storyboards.

Maintain consistent character style, proportions, and personality across episodes.

Collaborate with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and editors for final output.

Interpret feedback and revise animations efficiently.

Manage timelines and deliver assets on schedule.

Participate in visual development (poses, expressions, style, transitions).

Ensure all animations align with the channel’s creative vision, child-friendly tone, and educational values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator (portfolio or demo reel required).
• Proficiency in tools such as: 3D: Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Krita, Moho, Procreate Dreams, Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, Strong understanding of character animation, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with kids’ animated content is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Bonus: Illustration, storyboarding, motion graphics, sound syncing.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with AI-assisted animation tools (VideoInu, Moomon.ai, etc.).

Ability to refine character or background designs.

Understanding of YouTube pacing, thumbnails, and kids’ content trends.
