Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly creative and skilled 3D Designer / CGI Artist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for transforming architectural and design concepts into stunning, photorealistic visuals. You will be responsible for the entire visualization pipeline, from 3D modeling to final rendering and post-production, for a diverse range of interior and exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Create and develop detailed, high-quality 3D models of architectural elements, products, and furniture based on blueprints, sketches, and concept art.
• Photorealistic Rendering: Apply textures, materials, and advanced lighting techniques to produce breathtakingly realistic static images and animations.
• Interior and Exterior Design: Work on projects that range from detailed interior spaces to large-scale exterior architectural visualizations.
• CGI Development: Produce computer-generated imagery for marketing materials, client presentations, and virtual reality experiences.
• Post-Production: Enhance rendered images and animations using software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to achieve the highest visual quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all visualizations are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the project's design intent and brand standards.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and new techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our visual output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization, CGI, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong photorealistic rendering skills. (Australian / International experience would be an advantage).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software, including:
• 3D Modeling: Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Unreal Engine
• Post-Production: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Artistic Vision: Exceptional understanding of architectural design, composition, color theory, and photographic principles especially in lighting, exposure, and perspective.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and realism in all aspects of the design and rendering process.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative and efficient solutions for technical and design challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in art, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with real-time rendering and virtual reality (VR) workflows.
• Familiarity with architectural planning tools like AutoCAD or Revit.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
