Motion + 3D Designer

Trao Technologies builds software and AI products for enterprises. We’re a team of Stanford engineers obsessed with solving real business problems through what most people would call impossible automations. We care deeply about one thing - world-class quality.

What you’ll do

• Create high-impact motion, 3D, and animated content for our website, campaigns, and product launches.
• Translate complex ideas into visuals that move - literally - using strong design sense, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Own projects end-to-end: concept, storyboard, animation, polish.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring the Trao brand to life across every touchpoint.

What you’ll bring

• A sharp eye for motion, 3D, and design - and a portfolio that proves it.
• Mastery of After Effects (or equivalent), comfort in Figma , and working knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / Houdini .
• Deep understanding of timing, easing, and composition.
• Taste. Obsession with pixel-perfect detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects calmly, clearly, and fast.
• Passion for craft - you love making things that look and feel the best in the world .
