We are looking for a skilled designer or 3D artist to create concept visuals for a yacht marina
.

The deliverables can be either:

• Hand/digital sketches, or
• 3D hero views (rendered perspectives)

Scope:

• Show overall structure and layout of the covered marina
• 2–3 perspectives (hero views) for presentation purposes
• Emphasis on design aesthetics and atmosphere, not detailed construction plans

Requirements:

• Experience in architectural visualization or marine/yacht-related projects preferred
• Strong portfolio in architectural sketches or 3D renders
• Ability to deliver high-quality conceptual visuals within a set timeline
